Body  Language: convey confidence and strength, but at the same time you should appear very relaxed. If confused, revisit any James Bond scene.

1. Have a strong handshake. Use a two hands over grip with woman. Eye contact should be maintained with a half smile.
2. Erect tall stance, shoulders back, and keep your chin high. This signals you are self-assured, have confident social status, and you're healthy, No peering at the ground while walking or talking. This makes you appear submissive. Slouching is a big turnoff. It signals lack of confidence, low self-esteem, laziness, and even depression. Sit up straight. No crossing of your arms. This signals impatience.
3. Walk like you have a purpose or destination in mind. Too slow, you are seen as lazy and going nowhere. To fast, you are nervous, late, and carry no clout. No rapid nervous head turns; no stalking eye glances, no dragging your feet, bopping along, or speed walking. No skipping or hopscotch, or peeing in your pants.
4. Practice strong wide-open fixed-eye contact with everyone. (Bring Visine if you've had a few.) The longer the eye contact, the more honest you appear, and the more intimate she feels the conversation is. Shoot for 70% of the time. When speaking to women, never look below the shoulders. No wandering eyes observing other women in the room in her presence.
5. When answering a question, keep your eyes locked on hers for the first 5 to 10 seconds. If you look away immediately, it is assumed that you are lying.
   People of high status and confidence have eyes that stay focused and attentive, without moving their head around. Weak, nervous, and dishonest people have eyes that dart and shift every which way while you speak to them. You can't overemphasize eye contact. Give all your attention to someone when they are speaking. Don't worry; you won't seem too serious; just keenly interested in what they are saying. Add in occasional small smiles, slow eyebrow raises and head tilting to appear more curious during certain statements. Be slow motion and smooth during everything. There's a ritual in Latin cultures about this; when a woman stares you down, whoever breaks away last is the more powerful. When you win, you own her. She will be at your side in minutes. It's strange, but very effective.
6. When speaking to a woman, do not "box her in" by standing face to face. Stand at a slight angle to her, and move in closer if she signals interest. During conversation, lean away, with occasional moments leaning in, like you're divulging a secret, or getting mildly intimate.
7. When listening, the opposite applies; lean in to listen, and then lean out as you react to the statement. Don't crowd her space. As she warms up to you seeking approval, she'll touch your arm. Then move a step or two in, while doing the same routine. Occasional smiles to let her know you’re listening and playful. Avoid the goofy constant smiling. You look weak and phony.
8. Keep your body and hands loosely firm. Important: Don't wave them around nervously while speaking, and stop the nervous combing of hair, on any in and out of the pockets fidgeting moves like children do. You want your body to be quiet.
9. Make some type of body contact after a few minutes, and then lean away. Touch her arm, half hug, touch tip of her nose. Something subtle that tells her you are sexually intrigued, yet not desperate to get laid. Worst move? Holding her in public for dean life after the slightest touch of approval from her. Gag.
